This is primarily ensured by various functions that prevent your device from being tracked on the Internet, for example, and that prevent applications from accessing all kinds of data without your permission. Location services

Your iPhone has location services enabled by default. This means that specific apps can access your location—if you give them permission, of course. In particular, you can set the application so that it can access the location only after turning it on, or in rare cases even permanently. If you don't want apps to be able to access your location, just disable it, either completely or just for a specific app. You do this by going to the native app Settings, where you click the section Privacy, and then Location services. Here is possible location services completely turn off, or click on specific application, where you can set everything you need.

Application labels

It's just a few months back that Apple added a new category to the profile of all apps in its App Store. Within this category, you can see all the information about what data and services the application has access to after installation. While some applications have nothing to hide and use a minimum of data, companies such as Facebook and Google, for example, have received a huge amount of criticism. Facebook uses a really long list, and Google didn't update its apps for months to avoid having to disclose information about data collection. To view this information, go to App Store, where you open specific application. Then go down in the application profile below and if possible Privacy Protection in the application click on Show details.

As I mentioned above, you can allow certain apps to access various services – such as the camera, microphone, and more. This access can be granted in a new application after it first requests a particular service. However, if you made a mistake, or if you would like to disable the application's access to the camera, microphone and others, it is not difficult. You just need to go to Settings, where click below Privacy. Here it is necessary for you to go a little further below and chose service, at which you want manage access. Notifications on the lock screen

The last thing you should change to keep your privacy is your lock screen notifications. If you're using an iPhone with Face ID anyway, this tip doesn't apply to you at all, because these phones automatically hide notification previews on the lock screen until you authorize. However, on devices with Touch ID, previews are displayed immediately, without the need for unlocking and authorization. To change this privacy-enhancing preference, go to Settings, where tap on the option Notification. At the top here, tap on previews, and then select When unlocked whether Never. You can also change previews at individual applications, you just need them in Notification click below, and then go to Previews.
