After some time, our summary will once again talk about the future Apple Watch - this time in connection with the possibility of a blood pressure measurement function. Future Apple devices will also be discussed in the second part of our article. Specifically, it will be about future MacBook Pros, the technical documentation of which was recently published by a group of hackers.

Leaked information about future Apple computers

Over the past week, there has been news that a hacker group called REvil has started blackmailing one of Apple's suppliers and is demanding $50 million from him. Hackers say that they managed to obtain literally thousands of leaked files that contain a lot of information about upcoming products from Apple. Some of these files also found their way into the hands of the editors of a number of technology websites. Among other things, these are, for example, the technical specifications of the upcoming MacBook Pro – in the mentioned documents, the code designations J314 and J316 appear in connection with the upcoming products. These specs confirm previous speculation that the new MacBook Pros should feature MagSafe connectors, HDMI connectors, and even SD card slots. The aforementioned specifications of the future MacBook Pros were also confirmed by analyst Ming-Chi Kuo in January this year. Hackers from the REvil group are threatening to release more documents on a daily basis if Quanta does not pay them the required amount. The documents that have been published so far contain a great deal of detail and detailed technical information. The mentioned texts most likely refer to the 14" and 16" MacBook Pro.

New Apple Watch features

Popular speculations include, among others, those that in any way relate to the functions of the future Apple Watch. In this context, there is a lot of talk, for example, about the function of measuring blood pressure. With the Apple Watch, this measurement could theoretically take place using neural networks and other technologies and data. Last week, Apple registered a patent for a wearable device that should be paired with the Apple Watch, and which would allow the measurement of the wearer's pressure without the need to connect any other peripherals. The patent description explicitly states that in this case the pressure measurement should indeed take place without the cuff. As with all other reports on registered patents, we would like to add a note here that the registration alone does not guarantee the realization of the invention, but in this case the probability of realization is quite high.
