Good day. You are describing the connection of the gopro 10 camera to the phone using a usb cable. I have a problem with it and it's this. I have a GoPro 9 and after the update (Quik from GoPro) dated 16.9/2022. 11.0.2 version 13543 (10) with USB video download saves individual video frames in reverse order. I tried two different USB cables, two devices (Samsung phone. s5e and Samsung tablet. sXNUMXe) and same problem on both. Downloading over Wi-Fi is noticeably slower, but the resulting video is downloaded correctly as it should be. That is from the first video to the last video in the correct order. Could you please advise me what to do with it? All devices and camera are updated to the latest version. Thank you
