Whenever new iPhones are released, the Internet is flooded with a huge number of more or less high-quality photos and videos boasting the title "shot on iPhone". With the more successful ones, it can usually be expected that only the iPhone was not used during creation, so the result can be a little distorted. However, this is not the case with the video below.

Famous filmmaker and director Rian Johnson, who was involved in, for example, Star Wars: The Last Jedi or Breaking Bad, recorded his (probably) vacation experiences on the new iPhone 11 Pro. Johnson posted an edited video on Vimeo, which was created using only the new iPhone 11 Pro, without any additional equipment or accessories. The video thus shows in its raw form what the new iPhone is capable of.

The author of the video praises the capabilities of the new iPhones. By adding a wide-angle lens, users have the possibility of greater variability, which, together with high quality recording, allows for very high-quality recordings, even during ordinary handheld recording. Without the need to use tripods or various specialized lenses.

Of course, even the iPhone 11 Pro cannot be compared with professional cinema cameras, but its recording performance is more than sufficient for practically any need, except for the above-mentioned filming with professional equipment. We have already convinced ourselves that movies can also be shot on the iPhone. With the new iPhones 11, the result will be even better.
