At the outset, it is important to mention that the Swissten Tripod Pro is not an ordinary tripod, but a hybrid between a tripod and a selfie stick, which is also telescopic, which shows its sophistication and added value. The extension length is up to 63,5 centimeters, with the fact that the tripod also has a 1/4″ thread, on which you can place, for example, a GoPro, or practically any other device or accessory that uses this thread. I mustn't forget another advantage in the form of a removable Bluetooth trigger, with which you can capture a picture from anywhere. The weight of this tripod is 157 grams, with the fact that it can be loaded with a maximum of 1 kilogram. On the side is the tripod in action, with the instruction manual on the back, along with more detailed specifications. After opening the box, just pull out the plastic carrying case, which already contains the tripod itself. The package also includes a miniature guide where you can learn more about how to pair the tripod trigger with an iPhone or other smartphone.

In terms of workmanship, I am pleasantly surprised by the Swissten Tripod Pro tripod and there is definitely something to talk about here. Once again, this is a product that someone thought about during its development and thus offers a lot of great gadgets and possibilities of use, which we will talk about in the next paragraph anyway. Overall, the tripod is made of black and durable plastic, which makes it feel solid and sturdy in the hand. If we go from below, there are three legs of the tripod, which in their closed form serve as a handle, but if you spread them out, they serve as legs, at the end of which there is an anti-slip rubber. Above the handle, i.e. the legs, there is the aforementioned button in the form of a Bluetooth trigger, which is traditionally held in the body of the tripod, but you can easily detach it and take it anywhere. There is a pre-installed replaceable CR1632 battery in this button, but you need to remove the protective film that prevents connection before first use.
If we look above the trigger, we will notice the classic elements of a tripod. There is therefore a tightening mechanism for determining the horizontal tilt, on which the jaw itself for holding the mobile phone is located. This jaw is rotatable, so you can simply turn the phone vertically or horizontally after attaching it to it. As for turning left and right, there is no need to loosen anything and only turn the upper part by hand. In any case, if you pull the jaw away, turn it and fold it down, the already mentioned 1/4″ thread peeks out, which you can use to attach a GoPro camera or other accessories. The upper part itself is telescopic, so you can pull it upwards by pulling it, ranging from 21,5 centimeters to 64 centimeters.

Personal experience
I tested the Swissten Tripod Pro for a few weeks, when I took it on occasional walks and in short wherever it might be needed. The perfect thing about it is that it's really very compact, so you just fold it up, throw it in your backpack and you're done. Whenever you need it, you either take it in your hand or spread the legs and place it in the necessary place, and you can start taking pictures. Since the tripod is telescopic, you can extend it properly, which is especially useful when taking selfie photos. However, if you would really like to use it as a tripod, i.e. a tripod, don't count on an extra large extension, because the higher you pull it out, the worse the stability. Anyway, if you find yourself in a crisis situation where you really need to use the maximum height in tripod mode, you can put stones or anything heavier on the legs, for example, which will ensure that the tripod does not collapse.

I must also praise the already mentioned button, which serves as a Bluetooth trigger. Simply pair it with your smartphone – just hold it for three seconds, then pair it in the settings – and then just go to the Camera app, where you press to take a photo. Since the button is removable from the body, you can take it with you when taking pictures and take a picture remotely, which you will mainly use when taking group photos. At the same time, I like that the tripod is really easy to handle, so whether you need to change the tilt or turn, you can do everything very quickly and without any problems. As I mentioned above, this is simply a product that someone really thought about.
