In this review, we will specifically look at the perfect 2-in-1 multi-purpose power bank from Swissten, which will really appeal to all individuals who own an iPhone together with an Apple Watch.

As you could already see from the description above, the power bank from Swissten, which we will look at today, can easily charge both an iPhone and an Apple Watch. However, while with virtually all other power banks you have to carry cables with you, as you will only find output USB-A connectors on the body, you do not need any cables in the case of the reviewed power bank. You can charge both iPhone and Apple Watch directly - but we will talk more about processing in the next part of this review. The capacity of our power bank is a pleasant 6 mAh. The input, i.e. the charging connector, is microUSB 700V/5A, the output is then the charging cradle for the Apple Watch, which has a power of 2W, as well as Lightning with MFi certification with a power of 5W and classic USB-A, also with a power of 5W. The maximum output is set at 5W. The power bank weighs approximately 10.5 grams, and its dimensions are approximately 160 × 126 × 39 millimeters. The packaging of the reviewed power bank is in no way different from the packaging of other products from Swissten, which we have presented quite a lot in our magazine. The Swissten 2 in 1 power bank is therefore hidden in a white box with red elements. On the front side, the power bank is shown in action, in addition to the picture, you will find basic important information about the capacity and features, together with confirmation of the MFi certification. On the side you will find more information, on the back you can notice a short instruction manual, along with detailed specifications and information about the size of the power bank. As soon as you open the box, you just need to pull out the plastic carrying case in which the power bank itself is located. In addition to it, the package also includes a roughly meter-long charging microUSB cable, together with detailed instructions for use.

Processing
As for the processing of this power bank, it will definitely surprise you just like me. Its main part is made of aluminum, the smaller part, in which the charging cradle is located, is made of black and hard plastic. This material was chosen here mainly to prevent your Apple Watch (or power bank) from being scratched, as it must be placed directly on the power bank during charging. On the first side, a short distance from the charging cradle, there is a USB-A output, which you can use to charge any other device, with a maximum power of 5W. The other side has a microUSB input connector, which is used to charge the power bank. On the front side of the aluminum part you will find the Swissten logo, on the bottom side the specifications and other information. There is also a button on the bottom side that activates the status diode on the top side. In this case, the most interesting and different from other power banks is the short Lightning case, which is about 8 centimeters. You can directly charge your Apple phone with this Made For iPhone (MFi) certified cable. When you don't need the cable, simply "snap" it back to prevent damage.

During my career, I've already had countless different powerbanks in my hands, which means that I definitely have something to compare. Quite frankly, I think that this type of power bank, which combines the ability to charge an iPhone, an Apple Watch and possibly another device, is the best… that is, of course, if you are an Apple Watch owner. If you find yourself somewhere without electricity, it is quite likely that someone close to you will have a power bank available to charge their phones. However, the likelihood of anyone owning a charging cradle is truly pitiful. With the reviewed power bank, you don't even need this cradle, as it is directly part of the power bank. I personally tested the power bank for several weeks and it confirmed what I expected. In terms of functionality, the power bank has no faults - so I didn't encounter any problems. The good news is that there is no significant heating during use, which is also helped by the metal part of the power bank, which ensures better heat dissipation. It is only necessary to take into account that the power bank has a maximum output power of 10.5W - so you can only charge two devices at the same time at an acceptable classic speed.
