Jiří Filip Handmade pieces always have a certain charm. In the case of packaging from the Voyage company, it is also enhanced by the packaging in which the packaging arrives at your home. This is made up of an envelope decorated with a piece of leather in the same color from which you chose the package itself, and you can already see from the packaging that someone has taken the effort to make it look imaginative at first glance. The first thing you will notice, even before you take the packages out of the envelope, is the typical smell of quality leather, which immediately alerts you to what packages are hidden inside. By the way, the company Voyage is based on ecological packaging.
We received a pair of packaging from the Voyage offer, specifically packaging labeled Pelta and Pelta Plus. For both covers, they are made of premium leather that comes from free-range farms in Tuscany, and its final processing and production of the covers themselves takes place directly in Prague. The 100% merino felt that fills the packaging also comes from the same region of Italy. Thanks to the felt, the phones are protected not only by the skin itself, which is approximately 3 mm thick, but also by a felt of approximately the same thickness. The phone is thus surrounded from all sides by a soft padding, which can protect it not only from scratches and knocks, but I believe that the phone will survive even a minor fall in the case. The inner felt can also clean the phone to a certain extent when inserting and removing it, and you can get rid of at least the biggest fingerprints just by inserting the phone into the case. Of course, you also don't have to worry about scratching the phone in any way in the case.

The Pelta cover is essentially a standard pouch made of stitched leather filled with felt. The leather is stitched around its entire perimeter and the thread stitching creates a luxurious impression that you know from the seats of your cars, for example. Just insert the phone into the case, which, thanks to the fact that the case is made to the exact size, will not fall out easily. The leather is very soft on the surface and pleasant to the hand. Among other things, the typical smell will convince you that this is, of course, real leather. The case doesn't have any holes on the bottom or sides, so you can't charge your phone in it, for example, which I don't mind because I see it as more of a case for outdoor wear than something you want to keep your phone in at home.
The Pelta Plus cover is essentially the same as the classic Pelta cover, but with the addition of a pocket that is sewn to the bottom front of the cover. You can then put cash, credit cards or documents in it and you can go out with only one package without having to take your wallet. While the inner part of the pocket for the phone is again made of felt, the front pocket is only made of leather, which is rough on the inside, so your credit card will not just slip out.
What caught my attention the most are the packaging in the color Green. This is not just any green color, but the true English racing green, which you know for example from historic Bentley cars. Currently, the non-traditional color makes a perfect impression, and if you like the reference to English racing, then just go for the green color from Voyage. Of course, the other colors are not to be thrown away either, but the green one is simply the best for me personally.
If you are looking for an interesting, well-made iPhone case that is made of genuine leather and can protect the entire phone, including the display, then Voyage cases are definitely an interesting choice. It can be seen that they are not churned out by a machine one after the other, but that someone really put in the work to make them and did the above by hand. After all, the packaging itself is proof that you are not buying a dozen, but something original and unique in its own way.
