Download the application in the Czech App Store Reality.CZ. The Czech company uLikeIT s.r.o. is behind the development. This is a native application using data from the website www.reality.cz. The main advantage of this solution is the very extensive database of real estate offered by most real estate agencies in the Czech Republic.
However, there is definitely not a sharp equation between a web service and a mobile application. Everything is adapted to simple operation. Everyone can probably list elements that they appreciate on a desktop, but would prefer to miss on a mobile device, for example search forms. Mastering the application is intuitive and will be the work of a few moments for a layman. The application is clearly divided into four basic elements in the bottom bar: My surroundings, Search, History a Reality.CZ.
My surroundings offers the possibility of searching for suitable objects using the current GPS coordinates of the place where you are.
Another option is to use the function Search. You can set several parameters such as: Locality, Sale price, Property Type a Statement form. The detail of the found result is clearly displayed in a separate tab, where there is a brief description with the price, a photo gallery and contact details of the broker. In terms of simplicity, the iPhone app definitely leads here. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the current form of the service on the classic website.
You can return to the search results for your desired apartment or house in the item History.

Thanks for the review, I'm currently looking into who would be the best place to sell the apartment I inherited. But, unfortunately, it is not at all suitable for further living, according to my ideas. Rather, I would imagine something like they offer here in some new building on the outskirts of Prague https://novostavby.com/cs/developerske-projekty/praha/2020/ But I'll download the app and see what it's all about. In fact, I'm already quite lost in the real estate world, so I'm happy for any unbiased review.
