The cute exterior of Rain on Your Parade is accompanied by a rather more insidious gameplay. In the spirit of last year's Untitled Goose Game, which usually replaced the heroic actions of video game heroes with disturbing the small-town well-being in the role of an unpleasant goose, this new game also tries to turn the traditional role of players into the opposite position. Instead of feathered misfortune, however, the poor puppet in Rain on Your Parade is in for an encounter with a cloud made of cardboard.

You will really swing above the game world like a cardboard cloud suspended on two ropes. The absurd execution so beautifully prepares for the fact that this game will not be taken too seriously. As a cloud of water vapor, you will be tasked with ruining the day of as many local residents as possible. To do this, you'll use the methods you'd expect from an evil cloud anyway - torrential rain aimed at a single wretch's head, or flurries of snow causing chain accidents. However, the choice of torture methods does not end there. In the course of fifty levels, you will also get such devastating abilities as the meteor shower. The absurd theme of the game is complemented by the choice of setting of individual levels. The story campaign takes you through ordinary city streets, but also maps from Counter-Strike or levels parodying Metal Gear Solid.

Developers from the studio Unbound Creations are known for their original creations. Their games are usually out of line in some way, but now they probably have an unexpected hit on their hands. You can try playing as a white cloud with impure intentions yourself right now. The developers are offering the game on Steam at a discounted price on the occasion of its release. And if you don't want to pay straight away, you can also download the demo version, which caught the attention of the world's leading media during the last game festival.
