Press Release: QNAP® Systems, Inc. (QNAP) will release the upgraded application Qfiling 3.0, which not only simplifies file organization, but also adds automatic recycling and integration Qsirch a WhatMagie for efficient archiving of files and photos. Qfiling 3.0 also offers not only file organization on local/remote NAS and attached storage devices, but also allows users to store/archive data stored on attached cloud storage using HybridMount.

"Qfiling is a popular application that has helped both home and business users save a lot of time by organizing files and data into an easy-to-manage structure," said Josh Chen, product manager of QNAP. "Qfiling 3.0 not only adds new features, but is now available for other QNAP NAS models - including the entry-level 1GB NAS."

In addition to archiving files to specific folders, Qfiling can efficiently move files to the trash according to archiving conditions. Integration with other applications also allows for more flexibility in file organization. Qfiling can be used in Qsirch 5.0 to perform automatic archiving tasks based on search criteria, as well as in QuMagie 1.3 to easily archive huge photo collections.

The free version allows users to create one one-time job, one scheduled job and one exclusive template using all archiving conditions and editing modules. Users have a Premium license available to satisfy their advanced archiving needs.

Qfiling 3.0 will be available from June 2020 in App Center. QTS 3.0 (or later) is required to use Qfiling 4.4.1, and a NAS with at least 4GB of RAM is recommended for optimal performance.
