QNAP introduces extended warranty service for up to five years

Press Release: QNAP today announced an extended warranty service offering that allows users to purchase warranty extensions of up to five years. Users can purchase warranty packages from QNAP distributors/dealers or directly extend the warranty through the online extended warranty service system.

"QNAP is committed to providing excellent customer service, and our extended warranty service system offers home and business users the ability to quickly verify warranty plans and purchase an extended warranty," said David Tsao, product manager at QNAP.

Users can register their QNAP NAS within 60 days of purchase and automatically qualify for a warranty extension of up to 5 years. However, the service is not available in North America, Latin America, South America, Russia, India and China.
