The third-generation iPad has not yet left the shelves of Apple Stores and has already been thoroughly subjected to a synthetic test - a benchmark. He revealed secrets regarding the hardware and its specifications, which certainly won't surprise anyone, but it doesn't hurt to know them officially. To the editors of the server Exquisite somehow managed to capture one final piece of the apple tablet and shared their first experiences.

As is customary with apple products, an integral part of the review is unboxing and a demonstration of the contents of the box, the so-called unboxing. Since the video was brought by a Vietnamese server, we cannot describe the impressions of the new iPad to you due to very little (or no) knowledge of their native language. However, the video is definitely worth watching.

Once the iPad was unboxed and up and running, it was subjected to a thorough test and hardware evaluation using the Geekbench tool. What did he show us? First of all, it contains the new iPad 1 GB of operating memory, which could be expected with the increased display resolution. Another finding was that the A5X processor beats at frequency of 1 GHz.

Overall, the iPad earned a score of 756, which isn't too different from the iPad 2, which scored nearly identically. This fact is apparently caused by Geekbench itself, which is not yet able to work with a quad-core GPU. Interestingly, the first iPad averages around 400 points, just like the iPhone 4. The iPhone 4S then oscillates around 620 points and the aging 3GS around 385.
