Many times in our lives, it has certainly happened to us that we needed to block a phone number. It could be either an annoying salesperson who tried to force some product or product on us several times a day, or it could also be your persistent ex-girlfriend or ex-boyfriend. I don't really care why you would want to use this feature, and if you clicked on this guide, you probably have a specific reason for doing so. If it is one of the above, I will leave it up to you, but I have prepared a simple guide for all cases.
How to block phone numbers
- Let's open Settings
- Click on the box Phone
- We choose the third option - Call blocking and identification
- After opening, we choose Block Contact…
- A list of contacts will open, in which we select a contact to block
If you only want to block a phone number, you need to create a contact for it. If you do not want to create a contact and you have the phone number in History, follow the next paragraph.
Blocking a phone number from history
If you want to block just a phone number without contact, the procedure is simple:
- Let's open the application Phone
- Here we select an item in the lower menu History
- We choose blue for the given number "and" in the right part of the screen
- Then we go all the way down and click on Block the caller
- We confirm the choice by tapping on Block contact
If you want to unblock a blocked number, continue reading from the next heading.
How to unblock a phone number
To unblock a phone number, just follow the same procedure as when blocking:
- So let's open Settings -> Phone -> Call blocking and identification
- Here in the upper right corner we click on Adjust
- For the number we want to unblock, tap on small minus in the red circle
- Then we confirm this action by pressing of the red Unblock button
I'd like to like it again. On my Samsung, the lock is directly in the control menu. But my colleague's Nokia works by first blocking all contacts and then you have to allow the ones you don't want to block. Awkward down to the attic.
And then some "adviser" here writes things, some of which even restoring the factory settings would help you.
It is ideal to download the "nevolejte.cz" application, where thousands of annoying numbers are archived and you can add your own numbers there. The database is still being updated.
According to the signature, it is Vohryzkár. He doesn't know at all that there are other Founs in the world than Vohryzky. So, all you normal people don't read this here…
And what are you doing among the biters? Take a "different" phone and lie down among the ficus trees?
What's wrong with that nun?
I need to unblock a number in a mega old-school samsung yateley GU46 phone.
