An Easter egg is a hidden and officially undocumented function or property of a computer program, game, application or system. Mostly, these are only harmless puns and jokes, graphic symbols, animations, titles with the names of creators, etc. These "Easter eggs" are definitely not foreign to Apple, as you will find quite a lot of them in its system and individual titles.

It's snowing at the Apple Store

When you install an app Apple Store and you enter "Let it snow" in its search, it will start snowing across the entire application. In addition, the snowflakes move as you move the device. This easter egg has appeared regularly in the application with the Christmas season since 2017. However, if you only wanted to write the Czech term "snowing" in the search, nothing would happen.

Invitations to company events

With its last few events, Apple has also started providing their interactive invitations. Whether it's in an e-mail or on the company's website, just tap on it on your iPhone and it will suddenly appear in augmented reality. Although there are different voices about what the scene should mean, it's really just a fancy visual.

Icons

Apple really thinks about its app icons. Take one like this Dictaphone. Do you think her curve is just randomly generated to look pretty? No way, this is the curve of the voice that said the word Apple. Application icon Maps has already changed several times, but it always refers to the 280 road, which cuts through the whole of Cupertino, California, i.e. the place where Apple is based. In the upper right corner you can also see the Infinity Loop, which is the Apple park campus.

Safari offers a feature Reading list, which are your saved web pages. But why does this icon have the shape of round glasses? This is an obvious reference to Apple founder Steve Jobs, who wore just such. And then there's more book emoticon. At first glance, it has an ordinary form, but the text present is not classic Lorem ipsum, but the text of the Think Different advertising campaign. The full text reads:

"Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not a fund of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”

Crab

The voice assistant is full of hidden jokes that you can get to with appropriate questions. One of the most successful is when you ask her if she can repeat the text after you (Repeat after me). He will answer you: "If this is some sort of pledge, my End User License Agreement forbids it," meaning that if it's any kind of promise, her end user license agreement forbids her from doing so. And tell her she's boring on purpose. You will be surprised what it can actually do.
