After the opening keynote to start WWDC22, Apple also released new operating systems for developers. They can now try out all the news and tune their titles to them, as well as report errors to Apple, because as it happens, not everything goes completely smoothly. Some problems are minor in nature, while others are a bit more serious.

At the outset, it should be said that this is of course the beta version of the iOS 16 system. It is therefore intended for testing and debugging errors, so it is no surprise that there are indeed some in it - it is still, after all, unfinished software.

The sharp version available to the general public is to be released only in the autumn of this year, by which we hope all existing and future problems will be solved. If you would like to install the beta version of the iOS 16 system on your iPhones, you should do so on a backup device, because the instability of the system can also cause the device to malfunction, or at least various services.

The iOS 16 operating system contains interesting features, where it is especially tempting to change the design of the lock screen, because of which even ordinary users would be able to install the beta. This was largely the case last time with iOS 7, which brought a new flat design. But what kind of mistakes await you in that case? There aren't many of them.

Battery, heating, crashes

First of all, there are problems with installing the beta version of the system, but also abnormal battery discharge, when its capacity decreases by 25% after an hour of use. This is also connected to the rapid heating of the device, so it is evident that the system is not yet very optimized, regardless of the iPhone on which it runs. The new home screen personalization feature then shows significantly slowed down animations, as if it cuts when transitioning between individual layouts.

But there are also problems with connectivity, specifically Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, problems also affect the AirPlay or Face ID functions. The device also often crashes, which also applies to the applications running on it, regardless of whether they are Apple or third-party. There are also problems with the App Store itself, the Clock or Mail applications, which do not work perfectly with reminders of delivered e-mails. You can find a list of known errors about which Apple informs directly on his developer sites.
