Filip Novotny One of the most important video games of recent years has been made its documentary immortalization. About the highly successful sandbox Minecraft made a feature film by the studio Player Two Productions. The film is all the more interesting because it was funded by the fans themselves using the service Kickstarter.
A number of renowned personalities from the gaming scene talk about Minecraft and its creators in the documentary. They are, for example, Tim Schafer (Double Fine), Todd Howard (Bethesda) or Peter Molyneux (Lionhead; 22 Cans).
There is also a view directly from inside the company, the crew filmed for several years directly at the Stockholm headquarters of the Mojang studio. Therefore, the developers themselves offer their commentary, including the main actor Markus "Notch" Persson.
