For a long time, I searched for a simple way to create a nice email and get it to the station in the mail.app application. All over the internet I found mind-blowing tutorials. You had to edit html, work clumsily with graphics and the result was still quite uncertain. Now is the time to create the appearance of a company email or a regular newsletter with the application Mail Designer from Equinux a real toy, if not fun.
Lots of problems and no real solutions
From time to time I need to create offers that fit my business strategy and are easy to edit and send to clients. Unfortunately, I gave up creating and adding a pattern to the stationary in mail.app a long time ago and started using the excellent direct mail application Mail Designer. If you want to have nicely formatted mail, you need to create a web page in the design of your newsletter. Then import it into a program that loads it without problems, but not everyone is an expert in coding and even when using one of the WYSIWYG editors (for example the popular Rapidweaver) it is not always easy.
Hop and there's Mail Designer
A novelty on the market is the Mail Designer application, with which you can choose a ready-made design from several templates, just like Apple iWork. You can then adjust it according to your needs or choose the path of creation from the beginning, exactly according to your ideas.
The program works like a Pages text editor. Creating a pleasing design is a matter of dragging and dropping images and graphics to complement your texts. You can use magnetic guides and basic formatting options. If you have your own ideas and are creative, you can create really wonderful creations.
Beauty in simplicity
You can save and export your entire creation as a pattern. Next time, just replace the images and texts with new ones...and voila, there is a new newsletter. You will certainly use these options in case of frequent sending of news to clients, or you can change the graphics for different anniversaries or seasons.
If you're happy with your design, just click export to mail.app and you're good to go.
The manufacturer has created a program with easy operation and a favorable price of just under 60 euros, which will not break your wallet. You can also take advantage of various events or packages with other products and get the program more advantageously.
Nobody is perfect
This program is a real relief. When I think of the hardships associated with creating email templates, finally someone has created a simple and effective solution.
Perhaps the only thing missing from the perfection of the program is 64-bit coding. It's just a bit of a shame that the creators don't use the hardware's power to its full extent.
Mail Designer - 59,95 eurosAuthor: Jakub Čech
59,95 euros? :D I'd rather invest it in Photoshop, kamo :D
thumbs up :DD
Is this a review or PR? Let's leave aside the fact that 60 euros for an e-mail template is outrageous. Where is the passage about the support of the Czech language and the number of fonts? Where is the compatibility with other clients on the receiving end? Where... Etc.
Hi, it's not a PR…… it's just a basic feature summary. Czech fonts are supported for traditional fonts such as Arial, times, etc. Unfortunately, the program does not include localization, which is to be expected. When I tried the program, I didn't have a single complication with the display in outlook 2007/2010, gmail, the list and on the center, which I consider a pretty good result. The price is not the smallest, but on the other hand, if you often create direct mails and photoshop does not tell you anything, or is too complicated, then this solution is exactly for you. It is important to mention that this is not a single template, but you can use all the existing templates you have in mail.app, or create any of your own

I've only been visiting your "site" for a week and I only appear here commercially... it's like a pharmacy. the pharmacist will offer you terrible cough medicine just because it's from a pharmacist. the company is promised a holiday when it sells the useless shit
I like this article and it helped me. This is exactly the program I was looking for. Thank you
Well, I think it's a very strong app, but for the money I'll probably forgive it :(
