Every day, in this column, we will bring you a more detailed look at a selected application that has just caught our attention. Here you will find applications for productivity, creativity, utilities, but also games. Noted is a cross-platform application that allows you to take notes in several different ways, including voice input. For this reason, it is particularly suitable for lectures, meetings and similar occasions, where there is often simply no time to write down, or you do not have a laptop with you.

The application offers a number of useful and popular functions, such as the provision of notes with labels, even during the recording, so that you can conveniently return to an important place in the text at any time without having to go through the entire recording. You can not only play audio recordings directly in the application, but also adjust the playback speed or remove ambient noise.

In Noted, you can easily make basic text edits, highlight important sections, and add and then edit image files as well. The application supports the Drag&Drop function, so you can simply drag and drop images straight from, for example, the Finder. You can lock notes with a password. In addition, Noted supports synchronization via iCloud and export to a number of common formats, so in most cases you can share your notes directly as a document.

The premium version of Note offers unlimited notes (the basic version offers five notes), an equalizer for voice recordings, export to PDF format and advanced voice recording options. Those interested in the premium version have the opportunity to try it for free for seven days, after which you can choose the variant for 39/month or 349/year.
