Filip Novotny It's easy to get lost in the world of iPad accessories. If you're looking for a case with a built-in keyboard, for example, you'll quickly find that the offer is really huge. At the same time, a large number of products are almost identical, and it is difficult to choose something really high-quality and imaginative. Today, Logitech announced that they have succeeded in making such a product. It's called the FabricSkin Keyboard Folio, and it should deviate from the average in terms of color imagination and the quality of the materials used.
FabricSkin is a keyboard case in folio form; in Czech we would say that it opens like a book. After opening, it resembles the Smart Case from Apple, because the iPad is covered in silicone on all sides and could thus be relatively well protected.
It is interesting that it does not use classic plastic stops to attach the bottom edge of the iPad so that you can write on the keyboard. Instead, there are several magnets hidden in the case that snap together to hold the iPad in the correct typing position.
However, what catches the eye most about the new cases are the colors used. Logitech does not rely on the traditional black and white combination, the FabricSkin Keyboard Folio is available in a wide range of colors from gray (Urban Gray) to blue (Electric Blue) to red-orange (Mars Red Orange). In addition, there are several materials to choose from, such as smooth leather or finely woven cotton.

The keyboard itself isn't quite traditional either. We will not find high keys on it, as we know them from, for example, laptops. This could mean that we will not get enough feedback from the keyboard, but according to the manufacturer, despite the unusually slim design, they provide some feedback.
The case was only introduced today, so we have to wait a few more weeks for the evaluation. According to the Czech supplier, the Logitech FabricSkin Keyboard Folio for iPad will be available from May of this year, at a price of CZK 3. When that happens, we will carefully test the keyboard and bring you a review with detailed photos.
Brydge (www.thebrydge.com) looks very good. Keyboard only, not meant to be a case. They also ship to the Czech Republic at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, they are currently waiting for more pieces to be stocked.
And do you have any experience? Don't you know if it can be used to control FIFA or other games? Thanks for the info.
You can't control any games with it :-/. The main advantage is the backlit keyboard and faster typing, and above all, a decent design and battery life - without charging for 14 days and still holding 50% capacity :-).

SmarttCover is great, if you don't need to quickly write text with Czech characters, then you need a keyboard. The virtual one is absolutely sufficient for web surfing

Of course, he writes it in Czech. If Czech labels are needed, they can be stuck on. I myself use it without them and I can easily remember the few Czech characters that are needed. I also thought about stickers at the beginning, but then I didn't want to mess up the keyboard.
I use an iPad with a keyboard in meetings where I take notes.
OneNote is a very handy application for this, mainly it synchronizes on PC and iPhone without any problem and it doesn't matter where you write what you write.
