Summer presented by Apple or what awaits us in the near future

Only recently, Apple presented us with new versions of its operating systems, together with the 13″ MacBook Pro and the redesigned MacBook Air, which have a brand new M2 chip from the second generation of Apple Silicon. In any case, despite this, apple-growers are already starting to decide what the giant will boast about next and what actually awaits us. So what will Apple's summer be like and what can we look forward to? This is exactly what we are going to shed light on together in this article.

Summer is a time for vacations and rest, which Apple itself is obviously betting on. In this period, the Cupertino giant rather stands aside and waits for a big comeback in style, which takes place every year immediately in September. After all, this is precisely why we can expect that we simply won't see any major and groundbreaking news - Apple keeps all its tricks up its sleeve until the aforementioned autumn. On the other hand, absolutely nothing will happen and we can look forward to something after all.

Apple's plans for the summer

As we mentioned right at the beginning, Apple only recently presented us with new operating systems. The first developer beta versions have been available since the beginning of June, thus starting a relatively longer process of testing and preparing for the release of sharp versions to the public. During the summer, in addition to testing the expected software, work is also being done on its best possible debugging. At the same time, it's not over for them. Apple still has to take care of the current versions and ensure they run flawlessly until we see the arrival of the new ones. That is why iOS 15.6, for example, is currently being tested, which will definitely be released during this summer.

Of course, we must not forget about the hardware either. New laptops with the M2 chip will go on sale in July. Specifically, the redesigned MacBook Air and 13″ MacBook Pro will be on the counters of retailers, which together form a pair of basic models in the Apple computer range.

What comes next?

Autumn will be much more interesting. As is traditionally the case, we are expecting the presentation of the new generation of Apple iPhone 14 phones, which according to various speculations and leaks is supposed to bring relatively fundamental changes. So far, it looks like the Cupertino giant is already writing off the mini model and replacing it with the iPhone 14 Max – that is, a basic phone in a larger body, which could impress a larger group of potential users. The Apple Watch Series 8 will also have a say. There is still talk about the arrival of the iPad Pro, Mac mini, Mac mini or an AR/VR headset. Only time will tell if we will actually see these products.
