In January, only press releases are published, which we probably won't see this year. So the question arises, when will the next Apple Keynote be and what will Apple actually show us at it? Looking forward to February in this regard is not very appropriate. If so, we will see it in March or April.

According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman Apple is planning to launch new models of its iPads, but also the MacBook Air, in the spring of this year. But we have been expecting this for a long time, so it is certainly not a surprise. It just depends on how Apple gets it "done" and whether it can be done in March or until April. Along with this, the new colors of the iPhone 15 could also be introduced, as has been the case in recent years.

But there is one "but". Apple does not have to announce news in the form of a special big event, but only through press releases. There is certainly no need to talk about the color of the iPhone for a long time, if the MacBook Air gets the M3 chip and otherwise there are no changes, there is nothing to talk about here either. Whether there will be a spring Keynote or not depends precisely on the new features present in iPads.

iPad Air

Poslední rumours however, they give us hope that we could really wait for Keynote. Apple is planning a fundamental improvement of the iPad Air series, when the larger model in particular would deserve a more fundamental promo. The iPad Air should come in two sizes, i.e. with a standard 10,9" diagonal and an enlarged 12,9". Both should have an M2 chip, a redesigned camera, support for Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. The current generation runs on the M1 chip and was introduced in March 2022. This year will be two long years.

iPad Pro

Even the new products in the professional iPad range will not be thrown away. The 11- and 13-inch models are expected to be Apple's first iPads to get OLED displays. These would offer higher brightness, a higher contrast ratio, lower energy consumption and other advantages that Apple would like to highlight. The company already uses OLED displays in iPhones and the Apple Watch. OLED display integration could also provide adaptive refresh rates from as low as 1Hz, so there's potential for other related features that are banned from iPads (they currently start at 24Hz). The chip will of course be M3, there is also speculation about support for MagSafe. As for the current generation, Apple released it in October 2022. So the update would come after a year and a half.

WWDC24

If there is no Keynote in March/April and Apple does not release news only in the form of a press release, we will 100% see an event in June, with the start of the WWDC24 developer conference. Apple already presents new products on it too, so it is quite possible that it will wait for everything and show it here. In the same way, he can demonstrate something else or something completely different here. Although we don't have much hope for a more affordable Vision product.
