Apple's marketing team has released another ad to the world. The ninety-second spot promotes the iPhone 5S, with a song playing in the background Gigantic by the Pixies and it's all topped off with "You're more powerful than you think."

The ad called "Powerful" again shows the great possibilities of using the iPhone, but this time music plays the main part. But playing games, taking pictures or shooting videos is also shown.
Following the model of the "Your Verse" campaign, Apple also supplemented the current spot with a web presentation where fans shows which apps appeared in the ad. They were Star Walk, Instant Heart Rate, Word Lens, AmpliTube, Luminair and Pacific Rim.
Does the iPhone have a heart rate sensor? (1:06) if I looked well... :D
The sensation does not happen :-) , it is the illumination of the finger with an LED diode, the flowing blood changes the "color" of the finger with each "beat" which is captured by the camera... the application evaluates +- bus and five trams your heart rate... e.g. application: Hearth Rate etc...
Well, I tested it a lot, because we have quite a professional apparatus at home for measuring pressures and everything related to it, and I can say that it almost coincided, so the accuracy was really amazing.
Ok, thanks for the clarification :)
however, this is exactly how professional heart rate monitor solutions work (albeit with different sensors – IR led and IR phototransistor).
Nice way to grease your lightning :-)
Sensation? :D
It is absolutely optimal for pulse measurement and no sensor is needed. There is no need for another sensor for such banal nonsense. The measurement is accurate. I tried all possible meters, even a stethoscope :-D and the numbers were always identical. So my take on another sensor with an absurd use is this.
