An interesting new startup company has appeared on the Internet Piecable with name Piecable Viewer. This site allows you to run selected applications directly from your Internet browser and appears to be an interesting option for developers to showcase their applications to potential customers.
The whole project works on technology Flash and developers can convert any application into flash format and make it available for demonstration purposes without the user having to install anything. The conversion is very simple and developers won't have to modify their code in any way, just add a single line of extra code.
Piecable Viewer in addition, it does not have to work only for ready-made applications, it can also be used as a platform for beta testing, without the beta testers having to find out and send their unique UDID codes. In addition to iOS applications, those intended for the Android operating system should also be added soon.
Service operators offer several pricing programs to developers. The first is free, limited to 1 app and 1 concurrently running instance of the program, and the app link expires in an hour. The other is the Basic program, at $30 per month for 3 concurrent instances, 5 apps, and the app link never expires. Finally, there is the most expensive Premium, which will cost the developer $60 and will allow you to have an unlimited number of applications and 10 simultaneous installations on your account.
This is a really interesting project that could bring new possibilities for developers, as well as for users who would not have to try every application on their device, they would be fine with just the internet browser on their computer. If you are interested in this project, check out his site, there are several apps to try, for example loopt, Yelp or Foodspotting.

Unplayable on iPad. Thanks.
A beautiful example of why apple is afraid of flash.
Quite the opposite... I've tried it in two browsers and it's unusable... (extremely slow...). It's nice for a tech demo, but I really can't imagine anyone using it the way they presented it...
Yes, this design is not the most ideal, but you have to take into account that the applications are emulated. Flash is moving fast on the net, which can be seen in many sites, applications and games. Apple would lose its parasitism on developers if they had another option to provide/sell besides the appstore.
Very nice beginning, before I got to the word "flash" :D Then I realized how paradoxical it is.
