- First, it is necessary that you get from the website of the ministry downloaded a specific document, which you need, see link below:

- Once you have downloaded the necessary document, open it in the native application Preview.
- Then, in the top toolbar of the Preview app, tap annotations icon (pencil in a circle).
- This will display additional options for annotation. In these options, tap on signature icon.
- Select an option from the drop-down menu that appears Create a signature.
- Another window will open, with which you can already record your signature, using three options:
- trackpad: you write your signature on your Mac's trackpad;
- Camera: you scan the signature using your Mac's FaceTime camera;
- iPhone: you scan the signature using the iPhone's camera.
- Whichever option you choose, it will always be displayed procedure for creating a signature, which you stick to.
- Once you have recorded or scanned the signature, just tap on All done.

- Now all you have to do is tap again at the top signature icon and your added Signature was selected by clicking.
