Apple is one of the few technology companies that care about the health of its users. The iPhone itself can record and process a lot of health data, but if you buy an Apple Watch in addition, you will get much more information. All health data can be displayed in the Health application, which is clear and simple. All health records are sorted into individual sections here, but you can also view a summary of the most important information. Thanks to Health and available functions, Apple has already saved the life of many users, which is definitely very important.

How to share health data on iPhone

Anyway, with the arrival of the iOS 15 operating system, the native Health application received some great improvements. However, we primarily saw the possibility of sharing health data and notifications with family or friends. If you decide to share health data with a certain user, you can of course choose exactly what it should be. This can be useful in several situations, for example in a family where members may have certain health problems, or in elderly individuals. To start sharing health data, or if you'd like to show a user how to do it, proceed as follows:

  • First, you need to go to the app on your iPhone Health.
  • Once you have done so, click on the section named in the bottom menu Sharing.
  • You will then find yourself in the sharing interface, where you click the button Share with someone.
  • After that it is necessary that you searched for and tapped a contact, with whom you want to share health data.
  • You will now find yourself in a guide that is all you need select specific health data and notifications, which you want to share.
    • They are available either prepared in advance proposals for sharing data, if necessary, but of course you can determine yourself.
  • Once you're on the last screen, you can view and check the data list, which you will share.
  • To confirm, all you have to do is click the button below Share.

So you can start sharing your health data with the above procedure. Specifically, in this way, you send the person in question an invitation to share health data, with the fact that the person in question must go to Health → Sharing a accept her. Only then will the data sharing begin. If you want to start sharing health data with another person, just go to Sharing again and tap on Add another person. And if someone starts sharing health data with you, it's in the Sharing section in the category He shares with you you can simply tap to view and check. If the person in question also shares notifications with you, for example regarding a too low or high heart rate, they will come to you in the classic way.
