Another Apple 1 goes to auction (November 3)

A few weeks after one of the approximately 50 remaining pieces of Apple's first computer, dubbed the "Apple 1," was sold, another is up for auction. The collector from Virginia expects to get at least $500 from the auction, which is not at all unrealistic, if we take into account that at the auction just a few weeks ago, the Apple 1 was auctioned for an incredible $905, i.e. converted to about 19 million crowns . The Apple 1 going up for auction now was purchased directly from Steve Jobs in June 1976, according to the collector, when a buyer who lived just a few blocks from the Jobs' home came to the now-legendary garage to pick up his computer. The computer still works, the collector demonstrated by running the original Star Trek game.

The strongest mobile brand in China is Apple (November 5)

The China Brand research center confirmed Apple's success in China this year, naming Apple the strongest mobile brand in this Asian country. For a long time, Samsung was at the top of the mobile category, which is still the leader among Chinese customers in terms of televisions and monitors, but after two years, Apple took over its leading position. Not surprisingly, after signing a contract with the largest mobile service provider in the world - China Mobile - Apple got access to 750 million potential users. Between June and September, 39 million iPhones were sold in China, and the number could climb to nearly 90 million by the end of the year. Apple has bright prospects in China for the following years as well, in 2016, for example, it plans to open up to 25 new Apple Stores in the country. And so, despite many problems, such as the accusation of spying on Chinese users or the missing license that delayed the sale of iPhone 6, which Apple has to solve in China, the Californian company was able to establish itself in the country very quickly.
