Ondra Horák Yesterday, after a long wait, the app appeared in the App Store iBroadcasting from Czech Television and certainly excited and delighted many users of the apple tablet.
And what is iBroadcasting like? Who read the article ČT4 Sport – Czech sports television in iPhone you may remember that I was quite critical of applications from Czech television. In the case of iVyšílaní, everything is different. The application is incredibly successful, I even dare to say that it is great.
The application is for both generations of iPad. Thanks to it, you can watch a lot of films, documentaries and series produced by Czech Television. However, you do not have the option to watch the live broadcast, but only the one that you can find in the iVysílání archive. There are currently 1750 days, 8 hours and 40 minutes of video content, with more hours counting.
Control is intuitive and simple. It is designed so that everyone can work with the application. Even my mother, who is a complete technical anti-talent and iVysílání on the computer makes it a real problem for her, immediately found a show on the iPad that she wanted to see. You can search for programs by title, genre and broadcast time. The stream is of sufficient quality, and the competing app Voyo can cower in a corner with envy. You can share videos with your friends on Facebook or via email. It's a shame that Czech TV didn't think about Twitter users.
I would like to mention two more small errors that I encountered during the short time of use. Unfortunately, if you're watching a video and switch to another app and come back, iVysílání doesn't remember the position. Another little thing that maybe bothers me is the fact that if you are watching a video, the status bar does not hide.
Anyway, the iBroadcasting app is a huge leap forward and it's really great. It is an example of how a multimedia application should look and function. And it adds another dimension to the iPad.
There won't be an iPhone version? Please? :)

Excellent application, clear and intuitive with unsurpassed quality of all content as far as the image page is concerned and also free...newbie with yours should learn the hell!!!!
I have two complaints, which the authors will surely correct in time and release an update:
1. The possibility of fullext search is completely lost, as in the "big" boost
2. Added brief descriptions of the individual meetings
Well, if you're in the third section of the movies, there's a lot of fun, including the excellent criminal Old Town!! but what I find are Chetnik humoresques... apparently I don't have the rights to them for internet broadcast anymore, just like the scary parts of the high game competition.
fulltext search, unfortunately, nowadays from tech. the reason is impossible - it's not even really searchable on the website, it uses google instead. We are working on our own search and when it becomes available, it will be displayed in the updated application...
I am quite surprised that you did not notice the fact that the top list of the iPad does not disappear during fullscreen playback (3G/Wifi signal, time, battery status). Personally, it makes me quite angry.
I also have to criticize the occasional slowness of buffering. The point is that I have to wait for the picture before I can watch. I must point out that the speed of my internet connection is sufficient, 30 Mbit. At the moment when iVysilani is slow, the connection is fine.
Otherwise, it's a good application and after the aforementioned flies are tightened, it will be really excellent.
Hello, this application is not working for me and I have no idea why :-(. I have an ipad 1 and I connect via fast wifi. I always get the requested advice, but when I want to start it, I only see a black screen. Do you have any idea where the problem could be? Thanks in advance for your answer
