Is this some kind of improved wish list display? You don't mention much about it here, so I don't know what it is, but I've been using the wish list in iTunes for years.
This is the option of viewing the wish list directly in the library.

I still can't quite figure out why even the latest iTunes doesn't fix the appearance of library app icons that are jagged at the corners and a different size than in the Store. I have the problem on both PC and MAC…

Mainly, they should stop solving crap and solve important things like when I launch iTunes, and the disk on which I save by default is missing, it should throw an error and ask what to do (Shut down, continue overwriting the path to another disk, refresh).
It would also be helpful to review the rating and all settings via iCloud.
