Apple has released an update to iPhoto that is preparing for its own end. Version 9.6.1 brings better compatibility when migrating photo libraries to the new Photos app. She is at the moment in beta phase and before long iPhoto for good will replace.
The update also fixes an issue with only the first 25 photos being displayed in Facebook albums and iPhoto freezing when printing a photo.
iPhoto 9.6.1 is free download in the Mac App Store, but if you haven't used it yet, it's better to wait for the final version of Photos. For existing users, we recommend installing to make the subsequent migration of the library more seamless.
Just so that Photos would really be an asset and not, as has been the custom for Apple for a long time, two scrolls forward and three back, and they will praise themselves how "amazing" it is (one would say that with this self-praise, they were inspired by Jára Cimrman's advice)
You're right... So that it doesn't end up like Pages...
Photos is for lazy individuals who don't sort photos.
