Every day, in this column, we will bring you a more detailed look at a selected application that has just caught our attention. Here you will find applications for productivity, creativity, utilities, but also games. It won't always be the hottest news, our goal is primarily to highlight apps that we think are worth paying attention to. Today we're going to take a closer look at the Sweat Deck app, which lets you create your own workout plan in a fun way.

The App Store is teeming with exercise and fitness apps. While some offer an elaborate, structured, long-term exercise plan, consisting of sometimes hour-long or longer blocks, others are intended for those who do not have the time, physical strength, or simply the mood for longer exercises. Such applications include, for example, Sweat Deck, which serves you individual exercises in the form of cards, reminiscent of classic jokers. With the Sweat Deck app, you are your own coach.

Sweat Deck basically offers a fairly decent collection of individual exercises, you can choose their order yourself. You yourself determine how long your exercise block will last, what exercises it will consist of, how demanding it will be and how many repetitions you must complete. The Sweat Deck application is, by its very nature, intended primarily for those who know what they want or need to exercise. You can also add jokers to the practice blocks as an extra challenge. Each of the cards contains a moving pictogram with a sample of the given exercise, you can share your exercises in the usual ways. You can either use the Sweat Deck application for free, or pay an additional 99 crowns for a version with a more extensive range of exercises.
