For each exercise you will find a detailed description and animated instructions, in the application you can compare your performance with other users. In addition to the offered reports, you can also create your own in the application. Seven – Quick At Home Workouts offers native Health connectivity on your iPhone. The application is free to download, for the premium version you pay 249 crowns per month with a seven-day free trial period.
