From time to time, on the website of Jablíčkára, we present to you either an application that Apple offers on the main page of its App Store, or an application that simply caught our attention for any reason. Today we take a closer look at the Remente: Self Help & Wellbeing app.

We can all agree that it is very important to take care of yourself, not only from the outside, but also from the inside. Unfortunately, especially nowadays, many of us forget a little about internal care, or don't have time for it. If you want to start paying more attention to yourself in this direction, you can try the application called Remente: Self Help & Wellbeing for these purposes. The creators of this app believe that big changes for the better can often be caused by small, seemingly insignificant steps. The Remente application is intended to serve as a kind of personal virtual trainer that will guide you through these little things.

For example, you'll find short, easy-to-understand instructional videos explaining a variety of self-care concepts, as well as the ability to set your own individual goals to lead to healthier habits. The app also includes a daily planner that helps you plan your daily tasks clearly and efficiently, as well as a tool to track your overall progress and how you're doing. You can also keep your own diary in the application, Remente also offers the option of connecting to native Health on your iPhone, and you will also find a number of interesting articles and virtual courses here. Given the quantity of content and quality of features, it's understandable that Remente won't be a completely free app. Its basic version is free, an annual premium subscription will cost you 1590 crowns with a seven-day free trial period, within which you get the ability to set an unlimited number of goals, unlock all courses and other content, more advanced options for tracking your progress and other bonuses.
