The introduction of the new operating systems iOS 9 and OS X 10.11 is approaching. Apparently, we can look forward to updates after a long time, which will focus much more on improving the overall system performance than on new functions, even if the developers at Apple are not completely envious of the news.
Citing his sources inside the development studios brought the latest information on Apple's new operating systems Mark Gurman from 9to5Mac. According to him, both iOS and OS X were mostly focused on quality. Engineers are said to have pushed for iOS 9 and OS X 10.11 to be treated like Snow Leopard, which last time mainly brought under-the-hood modifications, bug fixes and greater system stability instead of big changes.
The new systems will not be completely without news, but the executive managers finally proceeded to limit them in order to avoid the release of systems with errors like iOS 8 and OS X 10.10 Yosemite a year ago.
Next to the San Francisco font, which is to come from Watch to both OS X and iOS, the Control Center known from iPhones and iPads could also appear on Macs, but it is not yet clear whether Apple will have time to prepare it. If so, it should be hidden on the left side, opposite the Notification Center.
In iOS 9 and OS X 10.11, Apple is also expected to focus on security. The new "Rootles" security system is designed to prevent malware, increase the security of extensions and keep sensitive data safe. This news should cause a big blow to the jailbreak community. Apple also wants to significantly strengthen the security of iCloud Drive.
But even more interesting for many users will probably be the fact that, according to Gurman's sources, Apple also wants to focus on older devices. Instead of creating iOS 9 and then removing some features so as not to burden the slower processors of older iPhones and iPads, Apple engineers created a basic version of iOS 9 that will run well even on iOS devices with A5 chips.
This new approach should keep more generations of iPhones and iPads compatible with iOS 9 than expected. After the experience with iOS 7, which ran really badly on older products, this is a very nice step from Apple towards owners of older models.

I'm starting to look forward, I just hope that one of the new features will be the ability to edit the control center.
And 10.11.1 will fix wifi issues :-)
don't even talk .. this bothers me the most .. we bought a t-mobile wireless for the office, but I have to connect with a cable because the furthest I can get is the router, but not the internet .. and it's not the only case .. it really bothers me it dials :/
set a fixed channel in the router settings, closer to one, and it will work. I had the same problem with O2 wifi, and just changed the channel in the router settings
Did I understand correctly that "rootless" means that even root will not have control over the system? Ie that certain system files and scripts will be basically factory default and no one will change them?
Sources within Apple are particularly enthusiastic about a new
security system called Rootless, which is being described internally as a
“huge,” kernel-level feature for both OS X and iOS. It prevents malware,
increase the safety of extensions, and preserve the security of
sensitive data, Rootless will prevent even administrative-level users
from being able to access certain protected files on Apple devices.
Sources say that Rootless will be a heavy blow to the jailbreak
community on iOS, although it can supposedly be disabled on OS X. Even
with this Rootless feature coming to OS X, sources say that the standard
Finder-based file system is not going away this year.

I bet that at least for now it will be possible to get to the scripts on OSX, it will be worse on iOS, viz. iOS 8.3 where they cut off the possibility of using iExplorer and others for non-jailbroken devices
how long do I want to support the old bastards? ios devices and air2 have a frame error and you have to pay for it. yes, nothing crashes, but even in safari, they are constantly refreshing and the applications too, and it's fine without warning. that's why apple is also cheap, it doesn't fit in the frame and the app closes immediately... it's amazing.
So I have an i4S, iOS 8.1.3 and I never encountered any problems :)
in the settings, you can allow which applications should be updated in the background as well. not everyone can do it. You're right about Safari, but it's not up to RAM. ;-)
and better than having 3GB in your mobile, but having your system take up 80% and your mobile crashing at 95%. As recently demonstrated by Samsung. he often has more RAM in the final iPhone than others who have 2 GB on paper. because how many of the 2 are realistically available for applications? :-)
so we have the app store in the Czech language, purchasing through the Apple app in the Czech Republic .. that could also bring the Czech Siri .. well, let's hope :)
I haven't updated the system in a while. It gets worse with every update. Basically, it's just about trying to get as much data about users as possible.
I use iOS version 5.1.1 and the greatest satisfaction! :)
i envy if I could go back now, I would take the iPhone 4S and iOS 5-6.
Hi, I'm selling my iPhone 4S with iOS6 :) http://aukro.cz/iphone-4s-32gb-bily-ios6-mozny-upgrade-na-ios8-i5372650705.html
I won't believe it until I see it... :-)
That they would finally fix javaScript for automation, which they introduced, but is useless for controlling apps because it reports a system error? :-)
