Apple fans are impatiently waiting for the final version of iOS 4.3 or the new iPad, and the latest reports say that it could happen in ten days. This is evidenced by the new iPad magazine The Daily or WiFi hotspot, which can only be created under iOS 4.3. So will there really be another keynote on February 13?

While the launch of the iPad 2 on this date is more or less pure speculation, there are several clues leading to the release of the final version of iOS 4.3. For example John Gruber from the well-known Daring Fireball bases his argument on the fact that the trial version of the subscription to the new magazine The Daily will expire in two weeks and he will have to start a subscription that Apple only allows in iOS 4.3. If the final version of the operating system did not come out within 14 days, they would have a problem in the News Corporations headed by Rupert Murdoch.

At the same time, Gruber assumes that Apple has agreed with Verizon that the American operator will have a short exclusivity in enabling WiFi hotspot for the iPhone. Although in the end it will be more of just an advertising move, because Verizon will not start selling its iPhone 4 before February 10, and when the final version of iOS 4.3 is released, devices from other operators will also be able to do it.

David Pogue also contributes to all this, who in his article about the "Verizon" iPhone, said that AT&T should allow the creation of a WiFi hotspot (using iOS 4.3) from February 13, the same day that the carrier announced a change in data plans and the launch of this feature for the HTC Inspire 4G. Adding even more credence to this report is that Pogue's article no longer includes the date of February 13th, instead stating that "AT&T will enable this feature soon".

This would be the release of the final version of iOS 4.3. German server MacNotes.de thinks that Apple should not end there, however, and states that the Californian company is preparing a special presentation, during which it could also introduce the iPad 4.3 in addition to iOS 2 and subscriptions. But if this is really the case, we have to wait for February 13 .
