nVidia has ordered production capacities for 5 and 3nm production process from TSMC
The company nVidia, which, among other things, deals with development graphic accelerators, according to the information published by the Digitimes server, she should have concluded an agreement with TSMC, about the purchase manufacturing capacities on the upcoming 5 a 3nm manufacturing process. This is a rather surprising news, because according to the information so far, nVidia was supposed to primarily use production capacities for the needs of the production of its future GPUs Samsung and their new one 8nm production process. Therefore, if the above is confirmed, we will probably see a diversification of products with respect to the production process. Some GPU chips from upcoming generation 3xxx so they can be from Samsung, others from TSMC.
