You may be familiar with this concept from some of the flash Drunk Walk games – you have a guy coming out of the pub, at that he drinks and gradually leans drunkenly. You have to adjust this balance by shooting the iPhone (or you can use arrow controls). As he drinks more and more, of course the game gets harder. Yours the task is to go as far as possible.
I haven't tried this game yet, but game concepts like this tend to be pretty fun. Of course, I will also try the game, but I wanted to draw your attention to it as soon as possible, because it is currently free and this will definitely not last long, it's just an introductory price (the original price was supposed to be $4.99).
