Commercial message: Prague and Zurich-based Qusion, which focuses on the implementation of digital projects and innovations for clients around the world, has introduced a new personal development application called Q365. As an endless diary, it is intended to help its users in personal growth and sorting out their thoughts through specific writing. The user answers one question each day, which is repeated every year thereafter. In retrospect, he then has the opportunity to compare his answers with previous years and watch how his personality develops and his life changes.

Q365 Daily Journal app

Writing a diary is a popular and ageless activity, also thanks to the fact that it helps a person to organize his thoughts, write down experiences and observations and, in connection with this, to develop his personality. However, for many people, the key challenge is to maintain a regular writing schedule and find a few minutes a day to reflect on the past day. A large number of people also struggle with not knowing exactly what to write in their journal. Therefore, it can often be an activity that can take up an unnecessary amount of time that could be used in other ways.

It is on the basis of this experience that the Q365 application was created to help less and more busy people get more time for personal development and growth. Q365 saves time and makes enrollment decisions easier by offering its users one pre-determined question each day. Therefore, the user knows exactly what to focus on, what to think about right now, and his journey to personal growth does not need to take more than one minute a day.

How does it work?

The user of the application has a predetermined question to answer for each day of the year. In the course of the year, he will answer a total of 365 different questions, while every year after that, on the same day, he will be given the same question to answer again. This allows him to compare the answers at a distance and see how his personality develops, his life changes and track his progress. In addition, the application simplifies the recording of everyday experiences or observations.

"What I like most about Q365 is the simplicity and speed. When designing the application, we focused on a simple and clear UI without unnecessary elements. Journaling and the associated organization of thoughts is a great tool for personal development, but it often takes too much time." explains Qusion CEO Jiří Diblík. "Thanks to the pre-given question for each day, one knows exactly what to focus on, and writing takes a minimum of time."

The questions are different from each other every day, but they often relate in some way to personal or work life or relationships with others. Sometimes the application asks about the feelings of the past day, other times it delves into the future or allows imagination to run free. However, in any case, its aim is to make a person think and write down his feelings and thoughts, which he can look back on.

Thanks to this, the user can also realize that in some areas his life has not changed much over the years, but at the same time he would like the opposite. Thanks to the ability to compare answers from previous years, the application will help him think about the reason and maybe make him make a change and move him forward.

"Even if it's only one question a day, the user will come across a variety of topics over the course of the year that they often wouldn't even think about. The great thing is that you have the app with you all the time, so you can write down the answer, for example, even while waiting in line or while riding the tram." adds Diblík.

Although exactly one question applies to each day of the year, it can of course happen that the user forgets to answer on a given day. The user therefore has seven days to answer the question, but if he does not enter the answer by then, he cannot return to it and can answer again in a year. Editing the answer works in the same way. So if the user decides that he wants to edit his answer, he can do so within seven days, after which his answer can no longer be edited.

So that the user never forgets to answer the questions, he has the option to enable the sending of a notification that will regularly remind him of the unanswered daily question.

The Q365 application is currently available in Czech and English only for the iOS operating system and its download and use is currently completely free.

Q365 is an endless diary that brings endless memories, endless stories and endless personalities. In the end, however, there is always only one person who naturally grows and develops.
