Although Black Friday traditionally falls on the fourth Friday in November, i.e. the day after Thanksgiving, it is not a problem to encounter it at certain retailers in the summer as well. They lure you to the right one well in advance, at least at the beginning of November. Now even Apple has come out with its offer, and it must be said that it is actually a classic.

This year, Black Friday falls on Friday, November 25, but Apple will give you its event until Monday, November 28. But again, it is not giving away anything other than gift vouchers of a certain value for your next purchase. How much it is depends on what product you actually buy. The promotion does not traditionally apply to the latest products, so don't count on credit for iPhone 14 or Apple Watch Ultra, etc. this year either.

Apple Black Friday is basically the only event of the whole year, during which you can save at least a few crowns in the company's Apple Online Store. Whether it's worth it to you rather than the action at APR is of course up to you. What is certain is that Apple simply does not splurge on discounts, which is the opposite of its competition.

Samsung Black Friday

Samsung is certainly no stranger to discounts, and some of them run practically continuously. The most popular is the one that is taking place now, i.e. 2+1. You buy two products and get the third cheapest one for free. It doesn't matter how you combine the products, if you buy a phone and tablet and get a refrigerator, or if you combine the products with a television, smart watch, washing machine, dryer, etc.

If this doesn't suit you, there's more. When you buy a Galaxy from Flip4 you get a Galaxy Watch for one crown, with a Galaxy Z Fold4 you get up to CZK 8 for your next purchase, you can buy a Freestyle projector 248% cheaper, and there are still bonuses for exchanging an old device for a new one, when you get up to 20 CZK per purchase plus the price of the purchased device as well as Rewards points. Since these promotions are worldwide, it is no wonder that Samsung is the best-selling smartphone manufacturer.

Xiaomi and Huawei

The Chinese manufacturer simply makes it cheaper. You save only 10% on some phones, 15% on others, 25% on others. The more expensive the device, the bigger the discount, and this also applies to smart watches, TVs, robotic vacuum cleaners, headphones, etc. The highest discounts reach the limit of 60%.

The Huawei company not only discounts, but also offers many gifts. It adds a keyboard and stylus to the tablet, and a Bluetooth mouse to the computer. You can get such a Huawei MateBook X Pro for 30 instead of the original 48, and the company bundles not only a mouse, but also a smart watch, bracelet and headphones.

How does Apple come out of this? Of course, definitely the worst. But he doesn't really mind. Its sales are still growing, despite a falling market (perhaps only iPads show red numbers). So why would he shave on the margin when he knows that even without discounts he can have the most profitable quarter of the year right at Christmas?
