Apple is establishing its own health services for its employees

It looks like Apple is really trying to do their best to have the most satisfied employees possible. Among other things, she decided to set up a health care center called AC Wellness for them.

Care in Apple style

On its website, the Apple company describes the medical facility as "an independent medical practice dedicated to providing effective health care to Apple employees. The device should fulfill the function of a clinic, providing primarily medical care, but with all the high-end gadgets that can be expected from a company like Apple. The website, dedicated to the AC Wellness project, promises employees "high-quality care and a unique experience" along with high-quality technical equipment.

For the time being, AC Wellness will include two clinics in Santa Clara, California, one of which will be located near the apple company's headquarters in the Infinity Loop and the other near the newly built Apple Park.

At the same time, recruitment of new employees for AC Wellness – on its site, clinics are primarily looking for primary and acute care practitioners, nurses and other staff, such as coaches, to provide guidance and prevention tips to Apple employees.

Health as a foundation

Health care is one of the key benefits not only for employees of companies focused on technology. In the United States, this element is particularly emphasized because routine health care is very expensive here. It is therefore not surprising that many companies try to attract talented employees to this very advantage.

The launch of the AC Wellness project is a huge step forward for Apple. By creating its own health care network, the Cupertino company could increase interest in jobs even more, and by placing the clinic in the immediate vicinity of its offices, it will also save itself and its employees a significant amount of money, time and energy.
