Along with iOS 12.1.3, Apple today also released watchOS 5.1.3, macOS 10.14.3 and tvOS 12.1.2 to all users. All three new systems bring only patches to compatible devices, improving software stability. Neither system has the news mentioned in the notes, which only proves that these are minor, patched updates.

You can update your Apple Watch to the new watchOS 5.1.3 in the app Watch on the iPhone, where in the section My watch just go to In general -> Software update. For Apple Watch Series 4, you need to download the 70 MB installation package. To begin installation, the watch must be connected to a charger, at least 50% charged, and within range of an iPhone connected to Wi-Fi. According to the notes, the update brings improvements and bug fixes.

Update to macOS Mojave 10.14.3 in System Preferences -> Software update. The update is 1,97 GB in size and improves the security, stability and compatibility of the Mac and is therefore recommended for all users.

tvOS 12.1.2 can be found in Settings -> System -> updates software –> Update software. If you have set automatic updating, then you don't have to worry about anything and the update will be done automatically. Due to the fact that Apple does not attach update notes to new versions of tvOS, it is unclear what specific fixes version 12.1.2 brings.
