Jan Zdarsa Some time ago I wrote about dangerous security error in iPhone OS 3.0. With just a text message, anyone could hack into your phone and easily retrieve, for example, your text messages. Well-known hacker Charlie Miller discovered this error and revealed it Thursday at a conference in Las Vegas. So Apple had no choice but to quickly come out with a security patch, because the release of iPhone OS 3.1 is not planned until the beginning of September. iPhone OS 3.0.1 is not known to fix anything other than this security flaw.

Hello guys, I have a problem with the software update. After connecting the iPhone, iTunes will offer me an update, which will then start. But after about 20 minutes of "downloading" an error message appears saying that my connection timed out. This happens to me every time there is an update. I always have to go to a colleague's computer at work, where it goes without any problems. Does anyone know where the error is? I always have the latest version of iTunes, I have a fast internet connection and an authorized computer... Thanks for any advice

I also try after 10 times - it always reaches the end and ends with a message that time is up. The server is probably overloaded. when downloading 3.0 it didn't work until after midnight. In short, there are many monsters in the world and they are afraid of SMS :-)
so I turned off anti-virus and anti-spam and it worked like a charm. There will probably be a dog buried there.
