The new versions are available for developers, with public betas for testers they will be available in the following days. It is expected that the third beta also brings some interesting news.
If you are a registered developer and have added the relevant profile to your device with the other beta versions, then you can traditionally find new updates in Settings. Both profiles and systems are possibly available on the portal developer.apple.com, which is for developers with a prepaid account.
It can be expected that the third beta version will also bring several new features in addition to bug fixes. We can expect the biggest changes in the case of iOS 13 and iPadOS 13, but watchOS 6 or macOS Mojave 10.15 will probably not avoid the news either. However, tvOS is usually deprived of new functions.
