Na Korean Apple website, as well as her YouTube channel, a new ad for AirPods appeared today. Rather than promoting AirPods as such, the spot is more about emphasizing the fact that Apple's wireless headphones don't have to be just bland white. The idea of the existence of a cover for the AirPods case may seem bizarre, but it is a step that protects the box from the headphones and can also give it an interesting, non-traditional look.

In the advertising spot, which lasts about forty seconds, we can see several ways to beautify the AirPods box. The ad is brisk, cheerful, and the background music is Focus (Yaeji remix) by Charli XCX. For some of you, it might remind you of a similar tune, a few years old advertising with stickers on MacBook Air.

As we can see, a cleverly chosen case can turn the AirPods box into a very personal object. The shots alternate with brightly colored cases with various motifs, from geometric or graffiti to infantile animals, plants or hearts, we also see crocheted cases.

But the spot is not advertising in the true sense of the word. Here, Apple is not promoting AirPods cases as such - the one that appeared in the clip, in fact, it does not even sell - but rather shows users how it is possible to play with this piece of electronics and turn it into an original accessory.

Apple has been selling AirPods since 2016. Despite intense calls from users for black and other shades, they are still only available in white. Anyone who would like a color adjustment must contact one of the third-party manufacturers.
