Flying around the world with Apple Press Release: Logicworks now offers Apple Professional Services, in which clients receive advice directly from Apple representatives. Unique services help with the deployment of Apple products at large enterprises and institutions.
The Logicworks company in the Czech Republic and Slovakia has gained the opportunity to make Apple Professional Services available to its clients. This is a unique program in which clients from large companies and institutions can receive analysis, consultation and best practices procedures directly from Apple experts.
"Only selected partners offer this service abroad with experience from the enterprise sector, we are still the only ones in the Czech Republic and Slovakia," explains Michal Pazderník, Technical Presales Consultant at Logicworks. "Our team completed a total of 3 weeks of training, during which we also had to defend our process in implementing MDM solutions at clients directly in front of representatives from Apple Professional Services.”
As part of the services, Logicworks communicates with the client and arranges the appropriate form of involvement of the Apple Professional Services team. Plans the time frame, ensures the participation of all important members at the client and the contract for the work. Subsequently, an expert directly from Apple will visit the client on-site, where a series of consultation meetings will take place. At the end, the client receives, according to the selected service, a comprehensive analysis, a live example of the solution, practical recommendations for improvement and overall documentation.
The main focus of APS is on integrating the macOS platform for the smooth operation of the Employee Choice program, where employees can choose the Mac platform for their work and have full IT support, just like Windows users. The services are suitable both in the case when the company is just considering deploying Macs even though it already uses them, but needs to streamline their management. However, the comprehensive analysis also focuses on iPhone and iPad devices.
