If you own or are thinking about buying an Apple Watch, we have good news for you. The Californian giant has introduced a new fitness service that will compete, for example, with the similar Peloton service. Apple Fitness+ will of course fit perfectly into the ecosystem, being available on the watch and Apple phone. As for the price, get ready for either $9,99 per month or $79,99 per year.

If we focus on what the Fitnes + service will allow users, we definitely have a lot to look forward to. Courses hosted directly by Apple will be available, including detailed demonstrations of how to perform a certain exercise and much more. Exercise data can then be automatically saved to the Health app. Lessons in many types of sports will be available, for example cardio or yoga. Each week, new courses with music will be available on the service, and users will be able to save playlists from each lesson to their Apple Music library. The service will be available on iPhones, Apple Watch and Apple TV.

If you are looking forward to Fitness+, then unfortunately I will probably have to disappoint you. At the end of the year, this service will only be available in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom – the Czech Republic is currently not counted. Users will then receive 3 months completely free to purchase an Apple Watch. Personally, I think that Apple Fitness+ is not only suitable for top athletes, but also, for example, for casual people who want to improve and improve their technique in individual types of exercises. Apple tries to motivate its customers to move as much as possible, which it definitely succeeds in doing.
