This new version brings with it a number of great novelties, including, of course, Car Key support, the new Health application, changes in Apple News and many others. The new update is now fully available and you can download it in the usual way.
At the moment, the spotlight is mainly on the new Car Key function. We saw the introduction of this function only recently, specifically at the unveiling of the iOS 14 operating system. Apple told us on this occasion that we will also see the news in iOS 13, which has now been confirmed. And what is a Car Key anyway? This technology allows you to use an iPhone or Apple Watch instead of a physical key that you add to the Wallet app and then use to unlock and start the vehicle. Of course, the function itself must first be implemented by the car manufacturer. The Californian giant has therefore teamed up with BMW, whose new cars of the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, X5, X6, Xý, X5M, X6M and Z4 series will not have a problem with Car Key. However, in order to be able to use this new feature at all, you will have to meet certain conditions. You must own either an iPhone XR, XS or newer, and in the case of an Apple Watch, it is a Series 5 or newer. At the same time, of course, you must have the operating system iOS 13.6. The feature will only be accessible for vehicles manufactured after July 2020.

Other changes affected the Health application, where the Symptoms tab awaits the user. Through it, apple growers can monitor their health and keep themselves under the microscope. As for the change in Apple News, here the app will automatically save your position and reload it after restarting. Great news has also arrived for updating the iPhone and iPad itself. The user can now choose whether new versions of the system should be automatically downloaded or even installed. Thanks to this, we will often be able to save time, as, for example, iOS or iPadOS will update itself in the background.
