But if the service works without problems, try the following procedure to add the card to the Wallet:

  • See if you're in a country or region where Apple Pay is supported. If you do not enter a card in the Czech Republic but, for example, a country where the service is not supported, you will not be able to add the card. You can find a list of supported countries on Apple's support pages
  • Check that the card you're adding is supported and comes from a participating issuer. List again, you can find it at the Apple support booths
  • Restart your Mac, if an update to a newer version of macOS is available, install it.
  • If you don't see the "+" button after opening the Wallet app, your device may be set to the wrong region. Open the menu Apple in the upper left corner and select Psystem settings. choose Language and area and select your area.
  • If you've tried all of the above and still can't add the card, ask your bank or card issuer for help, or Apple support.
