Apple has opened a selection process for the next year of the school for developers, Czechs can also participate

Apple today opened the selection process for the next year of the popular Apple Developer Academy. It is an initiative in which Apple selects a group of young developers, gives them the necessary hardware and teaches them all the essentials they need to become an app developer during the summer.

Apple started the whole project in 2016 and pilot semester took place a year after the first successful graduates left it. Two hundred students from all over the world graduated from the first year of the Apple Developer Academy in Naples, Italy. The interest was much greater – over four thousand participants applied for the tender. Last year, Apple doubled the capacity of the course to four hundred participants, and the conditions are the same for this year.

Those interested in this course must undergo a multi-round selection process, the beginning of which consists of filling out a web form. This is where the first evaluation of the interested party will take place, who, if successful, will continue in the selection process. Selected individuals from the first round will be tested in July at three different locations across Europe: July 1st in Paris, July 3rd in London and July 5th in Munich.

According to the results of the tests, a kind of "final group" will be selected, the members of which will have to undergo a final interview in Naples/London/Munich/Paris. After that, nothing will stand in the way of successful applicants and they will be able to start the upcoming course. In it, they will receive an iPhone, a MacBook and, above all, a large body of knowledge that they will need as application developers.
