Apple has already had many lawsuits during its existence. We can point out, for example, when he sued Microsoft for the appearance of their graphical interface in Windows, which was accidentally similar to the one in Macintosh. But it's not just Apple who files lawsuits against various companies. In the past, countless companies have also brought bizarre lawsuits against this company. For example, we can mention the affair with slowing down older versions of iPhones or the one for the illegal use of the term Animoji.

To add to the number of lawsuits, a few days ago the Singaporean company Asahi Chemical & Solder Industries PTE Ltd imposed another one on Apple. In 2001, Asahi Chemical patented a special alloy that achieves better physical and chemical properties and contains effective amounts of tin, copper, silver and bismuth. At least that's what her description says.

In the lawsuit, the company claims that Apple infringed the patent by using a special alloy in the production of several different types of iPhones. They specify that they are iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X. However, the lawsuit does not say how many dollars the Singapore company will want. In addition to financial compensation, they also demand the payment of all court costs.

The lawsuit was filed in Ohio, USA, because H-Technologies Group Inc., which granted Asahi Chemicals the rights to that patent, is located here. The second reason is that Apple owns at least four stores in Ohio. We ourselves are curious to see how this lawsuit will turn out in the end.
