They will officially arrive in the Czech Republic the new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus tomorrow, September 23. In reality, however, only the smaller of the mentioned phones will arrive on Friday, because supplies of the iPhone 7 Plus are very limited worldwide and not a single one will arrive in the Czech Republic in the first weeks.
The fact that the Czech customer will have to wait up to several weeks for the iPhone 7 Plus, in any size and in any color, was announced by Alza, which is still preparing the traditional midnight sale in its Holešovice showroom, which starts one minute after midnight.
Unlike operators and other authorized sellers, Alza announced the unavailability of iPhone 7 Plus in advance, so anyone interested in larger phones does not have to prepare for the midnight sale at all. It can be expected that the same situation will prevail with other sellers as well. The Apple Online Store may be in a slightly better condition, but we have to wait for that.
Conversely, for those interested in the new iPhone 7, Alza will have a stock of several hundred units, especially in variants with 32GB and 256GB storage. The greatest interest is in the middle, 128GB capacity, of which Alza will have only dozens of units. In addition, there are hundreds of pre-orders alone, so the availability of these models will be limited.
It is also practically certain that in the first weeks we will not see any Apple phones in the new dark black (Jet Black) color in addition to the iPhone 7 Plus, Apple has a gross shortage of these worldwide. For the other colors, including the second matte black, the proportion in the first batches remains unknown.
Good day. And the information that the iPhone 7 Plus is not and will not be listed by Alza where?
I haven't seen her anywhere. I have pre-ordered and paid for it and I have not received any information that it will not be in stock.
Thanks in advance for your answer.
I also have a pre-order and today I got a message that they won't even have a piece of T Plus :(
From Alza? And have you already paid? 8|
Yes, today I received an email from Alza that the pluses will not be available "in the first weeks of sale" and I have paid for the phone and ordered it from last week. “… we will process the order as planned based on the availability of the phone variant. As soon as we prepare your order for delivery, we will let you know :)"
Well, that's a blast x(
But I managed to order on apple.cz and on Monday I will have the 7 Plus 128 GB at home :)
I just don't understand the fact that I have to pay for a pre-order without checking whether the goods will be delivered or not. Or that they give the option of pre-ordering at all. That doesn't seem like completely correct behavior to me.
That's Alza, that's the standard and I can see that it's only getting worse :-/
Simply Gejza :) already in the past, those scammers shot up the prices (excessively) in the so-called pre-sale before Apple showed the news.
I would never buy any apple product from alza. Since when do we have an official store here, if only because of the non-serious behavior and aggressive advertising that Alza has.
Do we have an official Apple Store here?
I was thinking of an Apple online store, but we would certainly deserve one in Prague when there are dozens of them in China.
However, I am not sure if Apple.cz is run directly by Apple.
who else would run it? do you think anyone would get such a domain? and it's apple.com/cz ;)
Me, given that there is no Apple Store office here, it could be managed by an "official" agency, which was some company, I don't remember the name, but it dealt with everything under the Apple banner... Then I'll try to find articles about it, I once read it somewhere 2008, 2009, I didn't miss it :-)
Yes, before (2008) it was Appcom or something. I think Apple took over sometime around 2009.
Yes, it does. The official Apple Store application also works this way.
Apple friends, learn from the mistakes of others regarding alza.cz - I was complaining about a macbook pro (1 key went wrong), I have yet to encounter such rude behavior beyond belief - they didn't recognize anything. So I recommend buying somewhere else, if it's not some kind of timidity, which you throw away when it breaks. According to ČOI, I can sue them - but sue for a few hundred.
My VIP merchant (because I bought enough) – nothing can be done about it – blah blah blah – futility over futility. You can't call anywhere.
As a pearl in the end, to describe what "fair guys" they are and they certainly do not falsify their evaluations. I didn't like their approach, so I wrote them twice a not-so-nice review for the product (2 stars out of five) and twice they didn't publish it - when asked why not - no response. For the test, I put two positives on other products (2 out of five stars) on other products and they passed first time.
This is followed by the rating of 100% satisfied customers, etc. They are scammers.
